Today is the release date for the new Elmo Live toy. For those who haven't yet witnessed the craziness of the latest and greatest Elmo toy, you are missing out.

As soon as I got to work this morning, I logged onto the Toys-R-Us website so I could make sure I was one of the first ones to get one of these fantastically scary Elmo dolls. As luck would have it, I managed to snag one. I think I'll wait until Bella is a bit older, though, before I give it to her. I'm afraid it would scare her at this young age (and I can't wait to see what the dogs think of it!).
Sean wasn't too thrilled with the pricetag, but I figured at the very least, we could try to make a quick buck on it come Christmastime if they become one of those must-have-but-hard-to-find toys.
